Shipments
Some merchandise will be shipped directly from Goods for the Garden, while others will come from the artist, importer or manufacturer, using a variety of shipping methods, including Federal Express. UPS and common carrier. Overnight and express services are currently not available for any of our products. Most orders will be processed in 3-5 business days, and most orders will arrive within 7-10 business days after they have been shipped, depending on your geographical location. In the event that a backorder occurs, or if your order cannot be shipped in a timely fashion, you will be notified. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped within the state of Wisconsin.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Goods for the Garden will accept returns or exchanges on all items due to damages incurred while in transit. Returns will not be authorized for Seibert & Rice Italian Terra Cotta, Teak Furniture and Planters or Large Campo De' Fiori Stone, unless products are damaged. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace or credit your purchase, except as stated above, when it is presented in saleable condition. All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. Please pack the merchandise using the original shipping box, and contact Goods for the Garden for the return address (800) 663-3158. Please include your phone number in case we need to get a hold of you to process your request. We highly recommend insuring the package.
DAMAGES
If your order arrives damaged, you must report the damage to Goods for the Garden within 7 days of receiving your order. You must keep all of the original boxes and packing material with the damaged item in the event that we need to pick up the box for inspection. We will send out a replacement item if available or credit the amount of the damaged item.

To make the most of your shopping experience, Goods for the Garden collects customer information in an effort to improve our customer's shopping experience and to communicate with our customers about their orders, our products, services and promotions. We may use the information collected online to fulfill your order.
